Your team, fluent on its own client work.
We train your team on your own client work, not slides. They brief the agent, review the plan and read the proof, with one of our developers alongside.
There is no course and no certificate. Training happens on your own jobs, during setup.
What your team learns.
Four habits that decide whether the work comes back right.
Briefing well
How to give the agent the client's email, the screenshot, the goal and the limits, in plain words.
Reviewing plans
How to read a numbered plan, check its risk and the way back, then approve it, change it or reject it.
Reading the proof
How to check a finished job against its validation: what changed, what was tested and what is still open.
Knowing when to say no
Which jobs to hand to an agent, which to keep, and when a plan should be rejected.
Real jobs, not slides.
You learn on a job you were doing anyway.
We do not teach from slides or a made-up project. Your team takes a real job from one of your clients, briefs the agent, reviews the plan and checks the proof. One of our developers sits alongside and explains each step.

- Brief it
Paste the client's email and add the screenshot - Review the plan
Check the risk, then approve, change or reject - Read the proof
Screenshots and checks, pass or fail - Say no when it is wrong
Reject the plan and say why
You read plans like this one.
The plans your team reads in training come from your own jobs. Each one lists its steps, its risk and the way back, and waits for a person to say yes.
