Credits are how we price finished jobs. One credit is one small change, and bigger jobs cost more. Every job is priced in credits before any work starts, so you always know before you say yes.
Prices are set in US dollars. Other currencies are an approximate guide.

No setup fee. Extra credits are $6 each on any plan, and unused credits roll over for one month. Change plan or cancel whenever you like, and everything Webgentic has already built stays on your site.

Four sizes of job, so you can do the sums
Changing a heading is not the same as building a contact form, so we do not charge the same for both. Here is what each kind of job costs in credits.
A small change
Reword a heading, fix a typo, swap a photo, change a button colour, add a link to the menu, update your opening hours.
Usually done in a couple of minutes.
A new section or page
Add a section to an existing page, build a straightforward page, restyle a block, rewrite a page and set its search titles and descriptions.
Usually done the same day.
Something that has to work
A landing page built from scratch, a contact form with email routing and spam protection, a pricing table, a blog layout, a product page template.
Usually done the same day, tested before it publishes.
Bigger builds
Booking systems, checkout changes, membership areas, connecting your site to a CRM, a full redesign. We look at your site and give you a fixed credit price before anyone starts.
We will tell you honestly if it is not a job for Webgentic.
On Business, $159 a month buys 50 credits: a working contact form, two new landing pages, a rewritten About page and more than twenty small edits, across up to three sites. A freelancer would charge more than that for the form on its own.
You see the price before we touch anything
No meter running, no bill you cannot predict. Four steps, and you can stop at any of them.
You ask
Type what you want in the chat box on your own site. Plain English. "Add a contact form to the contact page and send enquiries to me."
We price it
Webgentic reads your site and replies with the credit cost and exactly what is included, before it changes a single file.
You approve
Say yes and the work starts. Say no and it costs you nothing. If the job turns out to be bigger, we stop and ask again rather than quietly charging more.
It gets done
You see the change, and credits only come out of your balance once the job is finished. If Webgentic cannot finish it, you keep the credits.

Questions people actually ask
Am I paying for tokens or AI usage?
No. You pay for finished jobs, in credits. What the models cost us is our problem, not something you have to budget for or understand.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Connecting your site is free and automatic on every plan. If your site is unusual enough to need setting up by hand, we will quote you $499 before doing anything, and you can say no.
What if I run out of credits?
Buy more at $6 each, whenever you need them, or move up a plan. Nothing stops working and nothing is charged without you agreeing to it first.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes, for one month. A quiet January means a busier February costs you nothing extra.
What if the job goes wrong?
Put the previous version back in one click. Rollbacks are free. If Webgentic cannot finish a job you approved, the credits go back into your balance.
What if I ask for something huge?
A booking system or a full redesign is quoted before it starts, from 15 credits. If it is not a job Webgentic should be doing, we will say so rather than take your money.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Everything Webgentic has built stays on your website. It is your site, your code and your hosting, not ours.
Can I use my own AI keys?
On Agency and enterprise plans, yes. Most people would rather not think about it, which is why it is not part of the standard pricing.
