We built Webgentic to run our own agency.

Webgentic comes from EXPRE, a web agency in Bromley. We built it to do our own client work, and we use it on that work every day.

Why we built it.

EXPRE is a web agency in Bromley. We build and look after websites for 26 clients: WordPress, Magento and Drupal sites, the servers under them, and the SEO, ads and reports around them.

The work comes round again and again. A page rebuilt, a plugin updated, a PHP upgrade, a monthly report. We built Webgentic to do that work with us. One agent looks after each client and one looks after each project, and each keeps its own memory.

What changed for us is the record. Every job starts as a plan that we approve and ends with a written note of what was tested. Each night the system turns the mistakes it found into rules, so the next agent does not repeat them. Our developers spend more time reviewing and less time on routine edits.

  • Plans before changes

    Every job starts as a numbered plan. In the Orchestrator you approve it before anything changes. On a site, the agent writes its plan first and ticks it off as it goes.

  • Proof, not promises

    Every Orchestrator job ends with a written record: what changed, what was tested and what is still open. Visible changes come with screenshots or a short video.

  • Honest limits

    We say what it cannot do. Webgentic for sites cannot edit Magento products or Drupal database content, and each Shopify store is set up with us. The Orchestrator is installed by us, not downloaded.
