Ask for a change. Watch it happen.
An AI web developer inside your website. Type what you want in plain English. It makes a plan, makes the change in front of you, and saves every version so you can undo it in one click.
For WordPress, Magento, Drupal and plain PHP sites. The table below says exactly what it can and cannot change on each.
Webgentic
On your own website
Add our Saturday opening hours to the contact page.
Plan
- Find the opening hours on the contact page.
- Add Saturday, 9am to 1pm.
- Check the page on a phone.
Done. Saturday hours are on the contact page. Saved as a new version.
See a request turn into a change.
Pick an example or let them play. Each one is a request in plain words, and the change appears on the page as it is made.
Animation: four examples of a change being asked for in plain words, and Webgentic making it. Run a sale: a new headline goes up and every price is cut by 20%. Build a landing page: a page for Saturday pottery classes is written, published and linked from the menu. Optimise for search: the terms people already search for are read from Search Console and the page is rewritten around them. Add a form: an enquiry form is built into the page and the replies are sent to the owner’s inbox. Each one ends with a note confirming what changed, and every change can be rolled back.
Animated examples on a made-up site. What it can change on yours depends on your platform, as the table below shows.
Four steps from request to result.
Ask
Type what you want in the bar on your site, such as "cut every price by 20%". You can attach a photo or dictate it.
It plans
It writes a short plan first, so you can see what it means to do before it starts.
You watch it appear
The change shows on your page as it is made, with the part being worked on framed.
It is saved with a note
Every change is saved with a plain-English note. Undo any of them in one click.
You can always stop it, and always undo it.
Stop means stop.
Press Stop and the job is cancelled on our server. It does not carry on in the background while your screen says it has stopped. Anything it had already changed is saved in your history, so you can put it back.
- One button, always in view while it works
- The job is cancelled on the server, not just hidden
- Changes made before you pressed it stay in your history

Every change is saved.

- A plain-English note on every change
- Restore any earlier version, not just the last one
- No need to ask a developer to dig out a backup

What it can change on your platform.
Plain answers, including what is not built yet. How much it can do depends on how your site stores its content.
| Platform | What it can change | Not built yet |
|---|---|---|
| WordPress | Pages, posts, media, custom fields, menus and theme files. | Shop product editing. See WooCommerce below. |
| WooCommerce | The WordPress side of your shop: pages, posts, media and menus. | Editing shop products. |
| Magento | CMS pages, blocks, category text and design settings. | Editing products. |
| Drupal | The files that make up your site. | Content kept in the database, which is where Drupal keeps most of it. Restore covers files only. |
| PHP and static sites | The files that make up your site. | Anything kept in a database. |
Shopify stores are set up with us: see Shopify. Craft CMS sites are not supported.
Common jobs are already worked out.
Pathways are proven ways to do the jobs sites need most, built in, so a request starts from what already works. See the Pathways
Hosted by us, with people behind it.
Hosted and kept apart
Your site carries one line of code. On WordPress it is added for you, and on other platforms you paste it in once. Each site runs as its own user on our server, so one site's agent cannot read another site's files.
Webgentic for sites has been hosted since 5 October 2026, and 25 sites run it live as of October 2026.
Real people behind it
Our own developers answer your questions, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Ask about a change you want, or a site you are not sure it will work on.
From £47 a month.
One credit pays for one request, whatever its size.
Questions site owners ask first
Can it break my site?
It can get a change wrong, like any developer. You see each change as it is made, Stop cancels the job, and every earlier version is saved, so putting one back takes a click.
Can I stop it halfway?
Yes. Press Stop and the job is cancelled on our server. Anything it had already changed is saved in your history, so you can restore it.
Which platforms does it work with?
WordPress, Magento, Drupal, plain PHP and static sites. How much it can change differs on each, and the table above says exactly what.
Can it edit my WooCommerce products?
No, not yet. It can change the WordPress side of your shop, such as pages, posts, media and menus. Product editing is not built.
What does a request cost?
One credit per request, whatever its size. The pricing page lists every plan and the price of extra credits.
How do I connect my site?
Your site carries one line of code. On WordPress it is added for you. On other platforms you paste it in once. If your setup is unusual, we quote a one-off setup fee of £395 first.
