Take on more clients without dropping one.

An AI agent for each of your clients. It remembers their quirks and your house rules, plans the work for you to approve between meetings, and sends back screenshots and checks you can show the client.

Set up for you by our team. Priced on a call.

Where a one-person week goes.

Four things that cap a freelancer, and the fix for each.

Where it hurtsWhat it looks likeThe fix
No one to hand over to.You are ill, away or already full. The work waits, and the client notices. Each client's agent keeps the history, so the next job starts from what is written down.
Every client is set up differently. The theme, the plugins, the one deploy step you must never skip. It lives in your head, and your head is full. The quirks and your house rules are written down, and the agent reads them first.
Small jobs eat the day.A ten-minute edit becomes an email thread, a call and a bill you never send.Ask in plain words, read the plan between meetings, approve it and move on.
Clients ask how you know it worked. You say it is done. They want proof, and you take the screenshots by hand.Every job ends with screenshots and checks, listed with pass or fail.

What changes when every client has an agent.

You still decide everything. The agent does the legwork and keeps the notes.

Plans wait for you between meetings.

Ask in plain words. The agent reads that client's notes and writes a short numbered plan with the risk and the way back. You read it when you have a minute, then approve it, change it or reject it.

  • Every plan states its risk and how to undo it
  • Nothing changes until you approve
  • You can change or reject any plan

It remembers each client, so you do not have to.

Each client and project has its own agent with its own memory. Before a job it reads that client's history, the platform playbook and your house rules. The odd deploy step stops living only in your head.

  • House rules written once, used on every client
  • A fix on one client reaches every agent overnight
  • Each agent can only see its own client's files

Proof you can show the client.

Every job ends with a written validation: what changed, what was tested and anything still open. Visible changes come with screenshots, checked point by point. Nothing touches a client site before you approve the plan.

  • Screenshots on desktop and phone
  • Checks listed with pass or fail
  • A cost for every job, so you know what to delegate

One for your work. One for a client's site.

The Orchestrator runs your work across every client. Webgentic for sites is a separate product with public prices, from £47 a month, for a client who wants to ask for small changes on their own site.

The Orchestrator is priced on a call. Webgentic for sites has public prices. See pricing.

A real job: a Magento deploy, and the rule it left.

A deploy to Larch client's Magento shop wiped the shop's static files. The shop showed an error for 5 days. When it came back, the admin looked broken, because only one language had been rebuilt and the admin uses the other.

That is now a rule in the Magento playbook. After every upgrade, the agent rebuilds the files in both languages, checks four pages and looks at screenshots of the shop and the admin before it calls the job done. You do not have to remember it.

  • Static files rebuilt in both languages
  • Four pages checked, not just the home page
  • The lesson written down for the next job

Example based on a real job, details changed.

Set up for you, not handed over.

The Orchestrator is not a download. Real developers from our team in Bromley set it up and stay on hand. The price depends on how many clients and platforms you bring.

Questions freelancers ask first

  • Is it built for a team of one?

Yes. It is built for a person who runs many clients with no one to hand over to. You brief it, approve the plans and check the proof.

  • Can I sign up and start today?

No. Our team sets it up for you, and it is priced on a call. Join the waiting list and we will be in touch.

  • Will it remember what each client needs?

Yes. Each client and project has its own agent with its own memory. It reads that client's history, the platform playbook and your house rules before it answers.

  • Can a client ask for small changes themselves?

Yes, with Webgentic for sites. They ask in plain words on their own site and watch the change appear. They can stop the job, and one click restores an earlier version.

  • Can it break a client's site?

In the Orchestrator, anything non-trivial starts as a plan you approve, runs inside a sandbox for that one project, and ends with screenshots and checks. You can reject or change any plan.

  • Something else on your mind?

Ask us directly and a developer will reply.
