Hand us the website. We will make it earn its keep.

Webgentic is an AI native web agency. Tell us what the business needs more of, enquiries, bookings or orders, and we do the work on the site you already have. No rebuild, no three week wait for a small change, nothing new for you to learn.

  • A consultant who owns your site, not a ticket queue
  • Work starts in days, not next month
  • Priced per finished job, agreed before we start
  • You see every change before a customer does

Animation: four examples of a change being asked for in plain words, and Webgentic making it. Run a sale: a new headline goes up and every price is cut by 20%. Build a landing page: a page for Saturday pottery classes is written, published and linked from the menu. Optimise for search: the terms people already search for are read from Search Console and the page is rewritten around them. Add a form: an enquiry form is built into the page and the replies are sent to the owner’s inbox. Each one ends with a note confirming what changed, and every change can be rolled back.

Run a sale

This is the platform our team runs on your site. You get a login to it as well, and you never have to use it.

It runs on what you already have

  • WordPress
  • Drupal
  • Magento
  • Shopify
  • WooCommerce

We are in private pilot. That means we take on a small number of sites and stay close to every one of them. We cannot name clients yet, and we are not going to put borrowed logos or invented numbers on this page. What we can do is show you how we would handle your site before you commit to anything.

Live system status

Why people call us

You never wanted a website. You wanted the phone to ring.

Nobody sets out to own a website. They want enquiries, bookings and orders. Somewhere between the two, the site turned into a job on your list that you are not paid to do.

  • It looks fine and it sells nothing

People arrive, read a page written four years ago for a business you no longer run, and leave. No one has changed a headline, a form or a call to action since launch, so no one knows which of them is costing you money.

  • Three weeks for a small change

You email on Monday. You chase on Thursday. It goes live a fortnight later, by which time the promotion it was for has finished. The work itself took forty minutes.

  • A list that never gets shorter

Page speed, product descriptions, the redirects nobody did after the restructure, the service pages you meant to write. Quoted for once, never approved, still sitting there.

  • You have become the bottleneck

Every decision comes back to you, in language you have to decode first. You are accountable for what the website brings in, and it is the one part of the business nobody is actually running.

None of that is solved by giving you better software to operate. It is solved by someone capable taking the website off your list.

What we do

We run the website, and we are judged on what it brings in

Not advice, not a report telling you what you should do, not a dashboard for you to interpret. Work that is finished, live, and measured against something commercial.

More enquiries from the traffic you already get

We rewrite the pages people actually land on so they answer the question those people arrived with, cut the form down to what you genuinely need, and put the next step where the eye already is. One change at a time, so you can see which one moved the number.

  • Landing pages
  • Forms
  • Local search

Campaigns live when you need them, not after

Friday's promotion built on Tuesday, in your own theme, with your own components. A page per channel instead of one page doing the work of five. If the offer changes on Wednesday, so does the page.

  • Any platform
  • Your theme

Catalogue work at a scale nobody does by hand

Reprice 400 products and schedule the sale to end on its own. Fill in the attribute missing across a whole category. Replace the descriptions that still read like the supplier wrote them. The jobs that are two days of clicking, done in an afternoon.

  • WooCommerce

The dull work that quietly costs you orders

Pages that take six seconds on a phone. Missing titles. Internal links pointing at pages that no longer exist. We find these in your own Search Console and analytics rather than guessing, and we fix them without putting a quote in front of you first.

  • Speed
  • Search
  • Technical tidying

Where the weeks go

Two to four times faster, and here is where it comes from

The delay in website work is almost never the work. It is the handovers: brief, quote, queue, developer, review, fix, publish, each with a wait in front of it. We are AI native from the first conversation to the last check, so most of those waits are simply not there.

The usual route

About three weeks, and most of it is waiting

  • Waiting for the brief and quote, 4 days
  • Sitting in the queue, 7 days
  • Being built, 2 days
  • Waiting on review and fixes, 4 days
  • Going live, 1 day

Brief and quote, 4 days. In the queue, 7 days. Built, 2 days. Review and fixes, 4 days. Live, 1 day.

With us

About four days, and most of it is work

  • Plan written, same day
  • Being built, 1 day
  • With you to look at, 1 day
  • Live and checked, 1 day

Plan written, same day. Built, 1 day. With you to look at, 1 day. Live and checked, 1 day.

Waiting Work actually happening

That is an illustration of one job, a landing page for a promotion, on each route. The timescales on the top row are the ones businesses tell us they live with now, not a measurement of any particular agency. Yours may be quicker. The point is which parts are work and which parts are waiting.

How it works in practice

People decide. The platform does the legwork.

A consultant owns your site. They decide what is worth doing, plan it, and tell you what they did and why in a sentence you do not have to decode. The platform is how one person gets through a week of work in an afternoon: it reads the whole site, drafts the change, shows exactly what will happen, and puts it live when the work has been approved.

Two Webgentic consultants at a desk, one talking the other through a change on a laptop.
The work is planned and signed off by a person. The platform is what makes that person quick.
The default

Done for you. You tell us the commercial goal. We come back with what we would do, what each job costs and when it will be live. You approve the work, not the code, and you never open anything.

Yours if you want it

Open the panel any time. Webgentic sits on your site under your own login. Ask it what changed last month, fix a typo yourself, try a different headline. Nothing you do in there surprises us, and nothing we do needs you to be in there.

What it looks like

One real job, start to finish

A shop with 3,000 products wants the autumn range on sale from Friday. By hand that is two days of clicking, which is why it usually does not happen. Here is the whole thing, as the owner saw it.

What you sent us, in an email, on Wednesday

“Put the autumn range on 20% off from Friday 9am until Sunday night, and say so on the homepage.”

What came back the same afternoon

  • 412 products Sale price set. Starts Friday 09:00, ends Sunday 23:59, on its own.
  • 1 homepage Banner added above the product grid, in your own theme.
  • 1 new page Sale page listing all 412, live Friday morning.
  • 7 left alone Already discounted by more than 20%. We flagged them rather than cutting your margin twice.

Nothing was live yet. One reply from you and it was, or one sentence back and we changed it.

  1. You ask in your own words

An email, a message, a sentence on a call. No ticket to raise, no brief to write, no meeting to explain what you meant.

  2. We check before we touch anything

We read your actual catalogue and theme first. That is how the seven products already on a bigger discount got spotted rather than cut twice.

  3. You see the job, counted

Itemised, priced, before a single customer sees any of it. Say yes, send a correction, or drop it. Your site has not moved.

  4. It goes live, and it can come back

Live in minutes once approved. The job stays in your history with an undo button beside it, for as long as you keep it.

If you have a developer or an agency you want to keep, they see the same job as code, with every file and line it touched, arriving as normal commits in your own repository. Most owners never look, and they do not need to.

The obvious worry

Handing your live site to someone else

It is the right question to ask, and it is the first one everybody asks. Four answers, in the order people worry about them.

Nothing publishes without a person

Approval is on by default and cannot be quietly switched off. If you want two people to sign off on anything touching checkout, you can set that. You can also tell us to get on with the routine work unasked, and draw that line wherever you like.

Anything can be undone

Not just the last thing: any job, any time, in one click. If a change approved on Tuesday turns out to be wrong on Friday, Friday can put it back without disturbing everything done since.

Your site stays where it is

Nothing to migrate, nothing to rebuild, nothing new installed on your server. Analytics and Search Console connect read only, so we can see your traffic and cannot change those accounts or take a copy anywhere.

You can leave, and take it all

Who asked, what changed, who approved it and when, all written down. The site is yours, the repository is yours, and the record of every job comes with you. We would rather be kept than locked in.

On compliance: GDPR terms and our data processing addendum are available today. We will not put a certification badge on this page until we can put the report itself in your hands. Running something custom rather than one of the five platforms above? If it has an API we can usually connect to it. The full security model, the legal documents, or the documentation.
