Clear the website backlog

The jobs that never get done because they would take a week by hand: repricing 3,000 products, rebuilding a category page, fixing the speed problem your agency quoted for. Ask for it in plain English. You see exactly what it will do, and you approve it before anything goes live.

  • No code, no tickets, no waiting for a sprint
  • Handles a thousand pages as easily as one
  • Nothing goes live until you have said yes
  • Undo anything, at any point, in one click

Animation: four examples of a change being asked for in plain words on a phone, and Webgentic making it. Run a sale: a new headline goes up and every price is cut by 20%. Build a landing page: a page for Saturday pottery classes is written, published and linked from the menu. Optimise for search: the terms people already search for are read from Search Console and the page is rewritten around them. Add a form: an enquiry form is built into the page and the replies are sent to the owner’s inbox. Each one ends with a note confirming what changed, and every change can be rolled back.

Run a sale

We are in private pilot. A small number of agencies and in-house teams are using Webgentic on live sites while we get it right. We are not putting customer names or big numbers on this page until those teams are happy to be named, so the only thing we can offer you is a look at the thing itself.

What it looks like

One real job, start to finish

A shop with 3,000 products wants the autumn range on sale from Friday. By hand that is two days of clicking. Here is the whole thing.

You asked

“Put the autumn range on 20% off from Friday 9am until Sunday night, and say so on the homepage.”

Webgentic found 412 products in Autumn 2026. Here is what it will do:

  • 412 products Sale price set. Starts Friday 09:00, ends Sunday 23:59.
  • 1 homepage Banner added above the product grid.
  • 1 new page Sale page listing all 412, live Friday morning.
  • 7 skipped Already discounted by more than 20%. Left alone.

Nothing is live yet. Approve it, or tell it what to change.

  1. You ask, in your own words

In the panel on your own site. No ticket, no brief, no meeting to explain what you meant.

  2. It checks before it acts

It reads your actual catalogue and theme first, which is how it spotted the seven products already on a bigger discount.

  3. You see the whole job

Counted and itemised, before a customer sees any of it. Say yes, send a correction, or drop it. Your site has not moved.

  4. It ships, and it undoes

Live in minutes. The job stays in your history with an undo button beside it, for as long as you keep it.

Your developer or agency can see the same job as code, with every file and line it touched. Most people never need to look.

The obvious worry

Letting AI near a live site

It is the first thing everybody asks, and it is the right question. Four answers, in the order people usually worry about them.

It cannot publish without you

Approval is on by default and cannot be quietly switched off. Every job waits for a person. If you want two people to sign off on anything touching checkout, you can set that.

Anything can be undone

Not just the last thing: any job, any time, in one click. If a change you approved on Tuesday turns out to be wrong on Friday, Friday-you can put it back without touching the rest.

It cannot touch your data

Analytics and Search Console connect read-only. Webgentic can see your traffic. It cannot change those accounts, and it cannot take a copy of them anywhere.

Everything is written down

Who asked, what changed, who approved it, when. Your developer will want to know that changes arrive as normal commits in your own repository, so nothing bypasses your existing process.

On certification: our SOC 2 Type II audit window is open and we expect the report in 2027. Until we can put that report in your hands we are not putting the badge on this page. GDPR terms and our data processing addendum are available today. The full security model or the legal documents.

Where it works

Your site stays where it is

Nothing to migrate, nothing to rebuild, nothing new installed on your server. Webgentic works inside the platform you already run, using the theme and the content you already have.

Running something custom? If it has an API, we can usually connect to it. For the technical detail, connections use standard OAuth and your own Git remote, and it is all written up in the documentation.
